Q. Which areas in Michigan do you service?
A. We service the entire state of Michigan, as well as neighboring states and Canada.
Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. Our office hours are Mon. through Fri. 8:00am to 6:00pm. We are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for additions, cancellations and any changes to the schedule. Our driver's hours of operation are dependant upon the clients' schedules.
Q. Do you operate on weekends or holidays?
A. We provide transportation 365 days a year.
Q. Which insurance companies do you accept?
A. We accept most major insurances and worker's compensation. We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare.
Q. Do you need advance notice for any appointments, and if so how much?
A. Generally we need at least a 24-hour advanced notice for all appointments, however we try to make exceptions. If the appointment is for a Monday we would like to hear by 2:00pm on Friday to guarantee transportation.
Q. Will the drivers assist the clients with any belongings that they may have?
A. The drivers are more than happy to assist the clients with any items that they will be bringing with them.
Q. Are family members allowed to go along?
A. We welcome family members and/or aides to accompany the client.
Q. What size of wheelchairs fit into your vans?
A. We have the capability of taking a wheelchair with up to a 30-inch wheelbase and a 56-inch clearance.
